The GN spirit that is reflected throughout the company, is one of the CEO's most important messages to all members of GN, employees as well as customers. 1986: GN Transport originate from Gert Carlsson Company in Getinge
1987: The company moved to Halmstad and changed its name GN Transport in Halmstad AB
1988: The business idea to concentrate on the French market was developed
1989: Purchase of the French company GN Cornille to get a platform in France and get closer to the French market
1998: New premises were built along the E6 in Mellbystrand
1999: Express traffic begins in March with departure every 24 hours
2006: A new subsidairy was established in Luxembourg
2008: GN Transport moved back "home" to Halmstad once again
2009: ISO 9001 and 14001 certification
2010: GN Transport is increasing transports on the domestic market and enters into Spain/Portugal
2011: GN Transport developed a climate option, so-called intermodal transport - trains in combination with truck, both nationally and internationally.
2012: Extends storage services and 3-parts logistic
2013: January 1st, acquisition of the company TPL in Halmstad AB, as part of the future strategy, to broaden the range of services and
also offer customers the option of 3-parts logistic combined with transit
2014: TPL changes name to GN Logistics
2018: Inauguration of our brand new terminal/warehouse in Bettembourg (Luxembourg).
