Freight Forwarder – Join GN Transport in Lyon
GN Transport is now expanding in France and we’re looking for a Freight Forwarder to strengthen our operations at the terminal in Lyon. You’ll be part of a growing international company with strong Swedish roots and decades of experience in road transport between France and Scandinavia.
Responsibilities
- Handle bookings, documentation, and shipment follow-up
- Communicate with customers, partners, and drivers
- Coordinate international transports between France and Sweden
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
- Support the planning team in daily operations
Who we’re looking for
- You’re based in or near Lyon (or willing to relocate)
- You speak French and preferably English (Swedish is a bonus)
- You enjoy communication and problem-solving
- Experience in logistics or transport is a plus, but not a must
- You’re a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
In this role, you will support the daily freight forwarding operations – helping to coordinate shipments, manage bookings, communicate with drivers and customers, and make sure deliveries run as smoothly as possible.
